- One file credit is used each time you upload a spreadsheet to start a new conversation. Once your file is uploaded, you can ask unlimited follow-up questions within the same chat without using additional credits. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- How does billing work?
- All paid plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Annual plans include two months free. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard, with changes taking effect immediately.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- Managing your subscription is simple. Open Settings in your dashboard sidebar to access our secure customer portal where you can change plans, update payment methods, or cancel with just a few clicks.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. Your security is our priority. All files are encrypted during transmission and storage, processed in isolated environments, and automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also manually delete your data at any time. We never use your data to train our models.
